Trading during Covid-19

All Neptunes Pool Care stores are still open 7 days a week so that you can keep your pools safe and clean to protect your families for safe swimming. Our Mobile Service vans are still operating as well for any on-site service and repairs required.

All our three stores have implemented social distancing policies and we ask that all our customers please respect the marked areas around our counters and chlorine filling stations, as well as separation to other customers, so that we all keep each other safe. We have also implemented safe no-contact water testing procedures and safe handling of your liquid chlorine refill containers.

Our service technicians are operating in an outside space, so we ask that you respect social distancing policies as required by public health policy. If you are presently sick or in isolation, we ask that you please inform us before we come to site so that our technicians can perform all works required in the outside space independently with no contact required.

All our staff regularly wash their hands and sanitise to help protect themselves and our customers and we ask that our customers respect our staff’s health by not coming to our stores if you are sick or have been in contact with anyone presently in isolation.
